This page provides general preparation information for outdoor hot tub installation.

Always follow the manufacturer’s installation manual supplied with your specific model. If there is any difference, the manufacturer manual takes priority.

Important: Electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable local regulations. TwoRelax does not provide installation services.

Choose the Right Location

Choose a stable, level surface suitable for the hot tub when filled with water and occupants. Ensure drainage and sufficient space for access to service panels and controls.

If installing on terraces, balconies, or elevated surfaces, consult a qualified professional regarding load capacity.

Prepare the Base

Use a suitable foundation such as a concrete pad, paving stones, or a reinforced deck. Ensure the base is clean, stable, and fully level.

Position the Whirlpool

Position the unit according to the manufacturer manual and ensure service panels remain accessible. Avoid placing the unit where access to maintenance areas is blocked.

Electrical Connection (Required)

Before connecting power, read the manufacturer installation manual for your specific model.

  • Hard-wired models: Must be installed and connected by a qualified electrician according to manufacturer requirements and local electrical codes.
  • Plug-and-play models (if applicable): Must be connected only to a dedicated, outdoor-rated, safety-protected outlet in accordance with local regulations. Do not use extension cords. If unsure, use a qualified electrician.

Fill & Initial Function Check

Fill the hot tub to the recommended level. Power on and perform an initial function check according to the manufacturer manual. If you notice leaks, unusual smells, damaged cables, or error codes, stop immediately and contact support before continuing.
