Wellis Pure Stream — Water Softener Pre-Filter
What it does
Hard water (high in calcium and magnesium) leaves white scale deposits as it heats up. Scale on the heater element reduces efficiency by up to 25% and shortens equipment life. The Pure Stream resin removes hardness ions before water enters the spa.
When to use
- Initial fill if you live in a hard-water region (DE/AT regions like Stuttgart, Munich, Vienna are notably hard).
- Quarterly refills.
- Whenever topping up from the hose by more than 100 L.
How to use
- Connect your garden hose to the inlet of the softener.
- Connect the outlet to the spa filling hose.
- Fill normally. Hard water flows through the resin, soft water enters the spa.
- Regenerate the resin or replace the cartridge per the included instructions when capacity is exhausted.
Tip: pair with the Pure Fill charcoal prefilter for the cleanest possible starter water.
