Wellis Crystal Active Oxygen Granules (1 kg)
What it does
Releases active oxygen (peroxomonosulphate) that kills bacteria and oxidises organic contaminants. Chlorine-free, with no harsh smell and minimal skin/eye irritation.
When to use
Weekly, as part of the active oxygen sanitisation cycle. Always paired with the Activator (added 5 minutes before).
How to use
- Confirm pH is 7.2–7.8 and alkalinity is in range first.
- With circulation ON, add the Active Oxygen Activator dose.
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Pre-dissolve the granules dose in a bucket of warm water.
- Add to the spa, away from the skimmer intake.
- Run circulation for 4 hours.
- Wait until the active oxygen reading is back below 5 ppm before bathing (typically 1–2 hours).
