The Helios V2 infrared sauna runs on a standard household 230 V / 16 A socket — true Plug & Play. The Igneus and Serenis Finnish saunas need a 230 V supply rated for the 4.5 kW heater. We strongly recommend a qualified electrician verifies your circuit, RCD/FI protection, and earth bonding before first use.

Infrared (Helios V2) heats your body directly with infrared waves. The cabin air stays cooler (around 50–60 °C), warm-up is fast, and Plug & Play means no electrical work. Ideal for daily wellness sessions.

Finnish (Igneus, Serenis) heats the air with a lava-stone stove to 80–95 °C and lets you pour water on the rocks for the classic Aufguss steam burst. Longer warm-up, higher peak temperatures, traditional bathing experience.

Yes — Canadian hemlock has lower knot density, tighter grain, and lower heat conductivity than spruce. Bare skin contact is more comfortable, the wood ages cleanly without resin bleeding, and the visible quality is significantly higher. Hemlock is the standard for premium sauna brands; spruce is generally the budget option.

The Helios V2 (1 person, 100.7 × 82.8 cm) fits in a corner of a bedroom or bathroom. The Igneus (2 persons, 105 × 150 cm) suits a utility room or master en-suite. The Serenis (4 persons, 150 × 180 × 210 cm tall) needs a dedicated wellness room with at least 220 cm ceiling height and a level concrete or tile floor. All models are indoor-only.

Wipe the hemlock benches and walls with a damp cloth after each use; avoid abrasives or chemical cleaners. The 8 mm tinted glass cleans with standard glass cleaner.
