Yes. Frames use UV-stabilised aluminium, weave components are all-weather synthetic rope, and cushion fabrics are quick-dry and mildew-resistant. We recommend covering or storing cushions during prolonged winter spells.

Items in stock typically ship within 5–10 working days as standard courier or pallet delivery. Items not in stock can take up to 30 working days. Free curb-side delivery within Germany and Austria.

Most pieces ship flat-packed for safe transport with assembly instructions included. Tables, chairs, and lounge suite modules require simple bolt-together assembly with the supplied hardware. Allow 30–60 minutes per piece.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Pergolas typically don't require permits in Germany or Austria for residential use, but rules vary by Bundesland and property situation (height limits near boundaries, etc.). We recommend checking with your local Bauamt before ordering.

Pergolas are bolted to a level, load-bearing surface — concrete pad, paving slabs, or an existing terrace. Wellis supplies anchor hardware. We can arrange professional installation in DE/AT on request.

Stock pergolas typically deliver within 14 working days; out-of-stock orders ~6–8 weeks (custom-fabricated). Crane placement arranged on request for the larger MotionFlex 600.
