What's the difference between free curbside delivery and the white-glove delivery service?
Free curbside delivery (standard): delivery to the curb at your delivery address in DE/AT. You organise placement at your chosen location yourself (Plug & Play models from 170 kg empty are manageable with tools; larger models require 4–6 persons or a crane). White-glove delivery service (optional paid upgrade): delivery with placement at your chosen location by a specialist team — suitable for heavier premium models or when you want placement logistics handled for you.
What payment methods does TwoRelax accept?
Available at checkout: Klarna (Pay Now, instalment plans 3–24 months, Pay Later with 30-day deferral) plus standard payment methods. Klarna availability and exact options are shown at checkout based on order value and credit assessment.
